EFM Asset Management is a Growth Oriented Global Equities Asset Manager
It specialises in managing listed global equities
and has a particular focus on quality growth investments. The EFM team is based out of Hong Kong and
is licensed by the SFC.
The EFM Financial Services and Technology fund has officially
"hard launched" on 1 January 2019.
EFM was founded by Jeff Emmanuel in early 2016.
Jeff Emmanuel has had over 30 years experience in financial markets. Prior roles include Vice-Chairman
of Investment Banking for Citigroup (based in Hong Kong), Head of Equities for UBS Australia (based in Sydney) and a
leading research FIG analyst in Australia (12 years). Jeff is a Chartered Accountant, member of
FINSIA an has an MBA from Melbourne University and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University.
Martin Warwick has had over 30 years experience in financial services industry. Martin is a
Non-Executive Director of Templeton Global Growth Fund Ltd (“TGG”) where he
was formerly General Manager and Company Secretary. Martin is Company Secretary of ASX
listed mining exploration company, IPB Petroleum Limited and the Principal and Director
of Warwick Accounting Pty ltd. He is also an Associate of the Governance Institute of
Australia, Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators,
Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand & Member
of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Alric Lindsay is qualified as a corporate lawyer and is a non-executive Independent Director
to the Cayman based funds. He is licensed, approved and regulated by the Cayman Islands
Monetary Authority and is registered as a Professional Director under The Directors Registration
and Licensing Law, 2014. Prior to being and independent fund director, Alric worked as an
investment funds attorney with offshore magic circle law firms Maples and Calder and Ogier.
Alric has also worked as a senior compliance analyst with CIMA. Alric is a Certified Public
Accountant and was employed by Coopers & Lybrand. Alric is a member of the Cayman Islands
Directors Association, Cayman Islands Law Society, the Caymanian Bar Association and the Institute
of Chartered Secretaries (Canada). He is also an alumnus of Stetson University in Florida and
the College of Law of England and Wales in London.
